Courage to Call is a free, confidential, helpline staffed by veterans and family members that provides peer advocacy to active-duty military personnel, veterans, reservists, guard members, and their families.
Connects active-duty service members, veterans, and their families to local resources for housing, health care, mental health support, food assistance, employment, and more. Offers personalized navigation by phone or online to help families access community services and benefits tailored to the military-affiliated population.
Eligibility:
Open to active-duty service members, veterans of any discharge status, National Guard and Reservists, and their families or caregivers seeking support in San Diego County.
