MAA is a military-focused national 501(c)(4) nonprofit whose purpose is to advocate for legislation and policies that support military-connected families with disabilities and special needs.

Mission Alpha Advocacy’s goal is to empower the military family with disabilities and special needs to advocate for world-class healthcare and quality of life. Mission Alpha Advocacy’s current focus areas are concluding the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration Program by making applied behavior analysis a basic benefit, removing barriers preventing the neurodiverse community from entering into military service, improving access to specialty medical care, and enhancing mental health services for military families by implementing mental health parity.
